My role as a Head Printing Press Operator is to print and produce quality packaging and to lead to the best of my ability on the production floor. My daily tasks include running and operating an eight-color RMGT printing press, producing the best possible quality. I like to think that I contributed to the process of making a brand that brand. Colbert PRIDE to me is being given the opportunity to strive and succeed. Colbert Packaging is a great company and allows me to take care of my family! I started off as a Material Handler and only 13 years later I am a Head Printing Press Operator! I’m grateful that Colbert Packaging has always allowed me many growth opportunities within the company and I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.
