Sheeter Operator, Elkhart
I have been with Colbert Packaging for more than ten years. My job is to set up the rolls of paperboard and set the machine so that it cuts the board to size, based on the orders we are running. I also print tags for flat stock for outside jobs. I enjoy training new people so that they can become sheeter operators.
The thing I enjoy most about my job is the people I work with and working my machine. I like that sheeting is the first step in the big picture of making folding cartons. Colbert is a great place to work because of the people. To me, Colbert PRIDE means making quality products for our customers.
