QA Sorter, Elkhart
I joined Colbert in 1991 as an operator, then became crew leader for the set-up department. I worked as a thermal catcher before becoming a QA Sorter. I have served as an interpreter for fellow associates, and I enjoy helping others with different tasks. I get called “Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!” because I care about my job. I make sure I do it to satisfy myself. I take on challenges to fix, clean or scrap things and use common sense to figure out how to make things easier.
