Material Handler, Elkhart
As a material handler, my focus is to ensure our cutters have all the material they need, when they need it, and in the best condition possible. My typical day involves assessing the needs of the cutters vs. the unassigned stock, and prioritize who needs what first. Jobs that arise with no warning require adjustments to the initial plan. The thing I like most about my job is that it keeps me moving, and it is relatively low stress. We strive to provide quality products to our customers in a swift and accurate manner. Staying on top of my job keeps the cutters moving smoothly. Colbert PRIDE are the ideals to keep in mind while executing our duties.
