Director of First Impressions, Kenosha
My role as the director of first impressions in Kenosha is to showcase the culture and warmth of the company the moment a visitor enters our building. In my position, I schedule visits from customers and catering orders, upload and file copies of reports, maintain records for various production jobs, order supplies for our front office and kitchen, and correspond and schedule deliveries with vendors who service our building.

The thing I love most about my role is working with the people. The friendly environment and Colbert’s culture is one of the best parts about coming to work.

When I think about Colbert Packaging as a brand, it means a lot to me to be a part of a company that gives back to the community and showcases what we do and how to rebuild the resources we use. We highlight sustainability for the future, and it all starts with those we meet face to face that helps grow that mindset.

To me, Colbert Pride means lifting my coworkers, bringing people together, working hard, and doing it with pride. I know that every day I’ve given my best to our customers, and to my coworkers. The company culture is one of the best aspects of working here.  We often have events where we can get to know our coworkers in different departments and are celebrated more often than other places I’ve been a part of. Everyone works together to meet the same goals and enjoys working together.
