Customer Service, Elkhart
My role as Customer Service Rep is focused on communicating with customers: helping with shipments we’ve sent out, revised dock dates, any raw material/production delays, and any order improvements production accomplished. I generate and submit multiple reports each week, reaching out to purchasing, scheduling, and production, and delegating what I can to the rest of the Customer Service Team. I enjoy being able to dive right into any problems that may arise and help find a solution for our customers. Colbert packaging is very inviting and if I ever have an issue, every person I could ask would be willing to help. Colbert PRIDE means giving our customers top quality service while delivering top quality product. As an employee, it means going home each day knowing that I have given 100%, not only to our customers, but to our Colbert TEAM.
